• Custom branded site features a unique login address for your company with your company logo front and center.
• System customization means the enrollment process can be customized to your unique company needs. Optional modules can be enabled as needed.
• Comprehensive plan design capabilities. The system can accommodate eligibility and business rules such as:

1. Eligibility determinations by company division, class, and/or location.
2. Eligibility that is contingent on elections/enrollments in other benefits.
3. Same sex or domestic partner coverage.

• Data Import/Export. Any data stored in the system can be imported electronically. This saves time on data entry and can eliminate errors associated with manual data entry. All data can also be exported in reports which can be used to provide to external benefits vendors, payroll processors, and insurance companies and brokers.
• System Security. The system has sophisticated physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure private corporate information that is collected. Within the system data security measures include 128 Bit Encryption of any data that is transmitted over the internet, Secure Socket Layers (SSL), username and password access of private data, page user verification, and firewall technology.

Enrollment 

• Simple Enrollment Process. Each employee accesses the site with a unique username and password, and is only presented with the benefit options available to them. Upon accessing the site, employees are guided through a simple, step-by-step enrollment process where they review their personal and dependent profile, and make benefit elections. The process can be customized to collect any additional information that the employer chooses. While enrolling, employees can view communication and education materials and a cost calculator. 
• Smart Enrollment. Employees are only offered plans for which they meet all eligibility requirements. All plans requirements are enforced so that employees are only allowed to select offerings and amounts for which they are eligible. 
• Qualifying Event Management. Outside of the new hire or open enrollment windows, the system is set to allow election changes with a qualifying event. 
• Guarantee Issue Limits. Employees are prompted when they exceed the benefit plan design's guarantee issue value. The coverage and cost will be determined using the guarantee issue value until the carrier has indicated the evidence of insurability has been approved. This means that employees can quickly and easily see how much coverage (for life insurance or disability types of insurance) they can get without having to have a medical exam or answer health questions.
  

Employee Communication

• Benefit Presentation. Employees are presented their costs based on their elections. You can also link to relevant websites or recorded presentations. Maximizing these features significantly reduces the time needed for employee meetings. 
• Benefit Details. Each plan that is maintained online will include an Outline of Benefits that contains more information about the plan. The outline of benefits includes customized benefit descriptions, and a PDF file of the benefit summary, summary plan description, and certificate of coverage. 
• Mini-Websites. Create a mini website for all of your clients in just minutes. This is the fastest way to create a virtual file cabinet for you and your customers. You can upload external documents for group administrators or employees to download online, increasing communication efficiencies and reducing paper shuffle. 
• Total Compensation Statements. Confirm your employee’s elections with comprehensive benefit statements that also highlight the employer’s contribution to the benefit package. Additional items can be incorporated such as payroll taxes and PTO benefits.
  

System Reporting

The easy-to-use reporting interface is designed to allow you to pull any information from the system at any time. All reports are created in Excel. 

• Census Enrollment Report. The Enrollment report displays enrollment in selected plans. In addition to election information reports extract any employee or dependent demographic fields stored in the system. This report can also be used for: 

1. Payroll deductions;
2. Premium reconciliation;
3. Creation of self-administered remittance reports. 

• Change Report. The Change report shows all changes made in the system during a selected date span. 
• Open Enrollment Management. The ability to compare renewal plans with prior year’s plans to identify when employees have changed their election for the upcoming year.
